In line with this, we want to clarify that we do not offer refunds on any orders once they have gone to print. Once an order has gone to print, we are unable to process any refunds, as the customisation process has commenced.
We understand that mistakes can occur, and we strive to rectify any issues to the best of our ability. In the event that an item is faulty or damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement. We do not offer refunds on any items but we will always rectify any issue that arises. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This does not happen often but during busy periods or due to issues beyond our control some orders may go out of turn around. We cannot offer refunds if an order has gone out of turn around.
