Our refund policy at All About Annie is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while also being transparent about our commitment to delivering high-quality branded merchandise. In line with this, we want to clarify that we do not offer refunds on any orders once they have gone to print. Once an order has gone to print, we are unable to process any refunds, as the customisation process has commenced.
We understand that mistakes can occur, and we strive to rectify any issues to the best of our ability. In the event that an item is faulty or damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement. We do not offer refunds on any items but we will always rectify any issue that arises. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This does not happen often but (not limited to) during busy periods and/or due to issues beyond our control some orders may go out of the agreed 4-6 weeks we aim towards. We cannot offer refunds if an order has gone out of turn around. If your order exceeds 12 weeks from point of payment and you have not received your product, you may request a refund.
We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before they are finalised to avoid any issues. Our refund policy for logo quality asserts our commitment to providing the best possible printing results based on the resolution of the uploaded logo. We strongly recommend that customers upload high-resolution logos to ensure the highest quality print. While we can print logos of lower resolution, doing so is entirely at the customer's discretion, and we will not issue refunds for perceived quality issues arising from low-resolution files. By uploading a logo, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the resolution provided, understanding that this will directly impact the final print quality. Our goal is to deliver satisfying results, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Our refund policy for digital mock-ups recognises the inherent variations between digital representations and physical products. While we strive to ensure our digital mock-ups accurately depict the final product, differences may occur in real life due to variations in colour calibration, material textures, and lighting conditions. These variations are a natural occurrence and are not considered defects. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on these discrepancies. Customers are encouraged to consider these potential differences when evaluating digital mock-ups.
